本研究系统考察了激光功率和扫描速度对316L不锈钢粉末选区激光熔化工艺成形熔道、制品微观组织及力学性能的影响,并分析了各类缺陷的形成原因。研究结果表明:在低激光功率和高扫描速度条件下,熔道中出现了大量球状颗粒,这些颗粒之间的空隙恶化了下一层粉末的熔化条件,这正是成形制品中熔道分布混乱以及孔洞、裂纹产生的根本原因,进而导致成形制品力学性能降低;在高激光功率和低扫描速度条件下,熔池快速升温/冷却的热应力作用增强,使得成形制品的熔道交界处也存在孔洞和裂纹等缺陷。在本研究实验条件下,激光功率为350 W,扫描速度为1750 mm/s时,SLM成形制品的力学性能最为优异,其中抗拉强度为731 MPa、屈服强度为638 MPa、断后伸长率为40.0%,致密度为96.27%。 相似文献

This paper considers a novel distributed iterative learning consensus control algorithm based on neural networks for the control of heterogeneous nonlinear multiagent systems. The system's unknown nonlinear function is approximated by suitable neural networks; the approximation error is countered by a robust term in the control. Two types of control algorithms, both of which utilize distributed learning laws, are provided to achieve consensus. In the provided control algorithms, the desired reference is considered to be an unknown factor and then estimated using the associated learning laws. The consensus convergence is proven by the composite energy function method. A numerical simulation is ultimately presented to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed control schemes. 相似文献

As a biopolymer with high mechanical strength, nanocellulose was generally considered as a green filler for reinforcing polymer. In this study, nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) isolated from softwood pulp was successfully modified by cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB), a cationic surfactant, and the modified nanocrystalline cellulose (m-NCC) was used to reinforce natural rubber (NR). In this composite architecture, it was found that when the filler content was 5 or 10 phr, the surface modification of NCC improved the dispersion state of NCC in NR matrix and the interfacial interaction between NR and NCC. Therefore, the NR/m-NCC composites exhibited outstanding mechanical properties, and its tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength was increased by 132.8, 20, and 66.1%, respectively, compared to pristine NR composites. Besides, the modified NCC could accelerate the vulcanization and improve wet-skid resistance and aging resistance of NR composites. Engineering novel Sn-based bimetallic materials could provide intriguing catalytic properties to boost the electrochemical CO2 reduction. Herein, the first synthesis of homogeneous Sn1−xBix alloy nanoparticles (x up to 0.20) with native Bi-doped amorphous SnOx shells for efficient CO2 reduction is reported. The Bi-SnOx nanoshells boost the production of formate with high Faradaic efficiencies (>90%) over a wide potential window (−0.67 to −0.92 V vs RHE) with low overpotentials, outperforming current tin oxide catalysts. The state-of-the-art Bi-SnOx nanoshells derived from Sn0.80Bi0.20 alloy nanoparticles exhibit a great partial current density of 74.6 mA cm−2 and high Faradaic efficiency of 95.8%. The detailed electrocatalytic analyses and corresponding density functional theory calculations simultaneously reveal that the incorporation of Bi atoms into Sn species facilitates formate production by suppressing the formation of H2 and CO. 相似文献
